FAQ’s
-
Will the chemicals you use for pressure washing damage my plants?
No, they won’t. When used correctly, we use a diluted chlorine solution that is safe for both plants and concrete. It’s effective at removing stains, mold, and mildew, but won’t cause damage to your landscaping or hard surfaces.
-
When it rains wont my windows just get dirty again?
Not right away. Rain alone doesn’t usually make windows dirty. What causes streaking and spots is rainwater mixing with dirt and buildup on the window frames and seals. Since we thoroughly clean the glass, frames, and seals during our service, there’s nothing for the rain to pick up and spread. That means your windows will stay cleaner for much longer after we’ve cleaned them.
-
What kind of chemicals do you use when washing my windows?
None at all. We use a nylon brush and pure deionized water with no soaps or harsh cleaners. Our professional-grade deionizer, a system valued at over $1,600, removes all minerals and impurities from your hose water. This gives your windows a spotless, streak-free finish that’s completely safe for your home and the environment.

Why is there still water on the windows?
That’s completely normal. We use deionized water in our cleaning process, which is completely free of minerals and impurities. This means any remaining water will dry clear, without leaving behind spots or streaks. Unlike tap water, deionized water doesn’t deposit residue, so your windows will still dry perfectly clean.
